Good due to the friendly helpful staff

Whilst this was a cheaper option for accommodation at Glenelg I would still expect it to be clean!
Pros: Location was perfect and on site parking a bonus. Cons: The floor was filthy and needed a good vacuum. There was leftover food in fridge from previous guests. Our initial room did not have hot water but staff acted promptly to relocate us to another room. Facilities very run down!

Pros: Close to Glenelg that’s it Cons: Shower didn’t have hot water so the family couldn’t shower. The window seal was broken so the wind howled all night keeping us awake. There were food scraps and other pieces of plastic on the floor. The room was dirty, it had long term grime built up on the walls and skirtings and doors. The towel rail was broken. I told the staff and the man at reception didn’t care. It was an absolute disgrace and since reading other reviews I don’t understand how they are allowed to continue operating. Also there was rubbish everywhere outside that didn’t get cleaned u
