Pros: The bathroom and the bed were okay. Cons: The place was all over dusty and and with spider web. It did have an unpleasant smell and there were no towels, I had to message the property owner about it and they told me to look outside in a shed for towels, I went to check and inside a bags were some wet bathrobes and towels mixed with bedsheets mixed inside the bags all together with broom, bucket and a mop, very unhygienic. I was gonna sit on the massage chair and I had to clean it first to be able to use it. There were some bugs and flies. Very disappointing and it really didn’t meet the

Pros: The jacuzzi was great after being cleaned and the room looked fairly cozy upon entering its close to Luton city centre and airport which is good. Cons: Genuinely shocking that this place is charging £130+ a night for a room in this condition. The duvet was filthy, covered in stains underneath the covers — absolutely disgusting. To make it worse, the mattress itself was also dirty, which made the whole bed feel completely unhygienic and the bed had a dip in the middle.
