I have stayed at Hilton Beijing Wangfujing four times—twice for more than ten days and twice for shorter visits. The more I have come to know the hotel and its staff, the more impressed I have become by their professionalism, strong work ethic, and genuine desire to give every guest the best possible experience. Their hospitality feels natural and sincere, never forced. Very nice stay

Our stay was delightful. The staff was exceptional, the room was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the extra care afforded to us by Elvis Yu , the Chief Concierge which made our travels through Beijing much easier than expected.

Pros: 飯店位置 Cons: 空調不涼，最低溫度不夠，連續開一整晚後還是不會涼，整間飯店所有房間的空調都不涼（飯店人員親口說的），晚上睡覺會熱醒的程度，電梯的空調還比房間涼，並且離開房間後空調一定時間內會自動關機，晚上回到房間後要好幾個小時才會再冷下來。也發現行政酒廊、飯店走廊等等整間飯店都有不涼的問題，八月熱天到訪的遊客權益歸0 ，飯店做法是給電風扇加冰塊 並且沒有恰當的補償措施。怕熱的遊客建議斟酌，尤其如果住大房間會更不涼就像我們，更要好好考慮。去行政酒廊到處都額外放冷風機，就可以知道飯店空調有多沒力。此次旅程也有住到王府井周邊的其他類似價位飯店完全沒有此問題。
