Cons: The guy who checked us in had no idea what he was talking about regarding major details of our stay
Cons: The guy who checked us in had no idea what he was talking about regarding major details of our stay. He said we would have to pay an extra resort fee which would come out of our deposit (not true, we already paid it). He also said there would be free street parking on Saturdays (also not true)

EXCEPTIONAL!
Maria Theresa couldn’t have been nicer. She made this stay everything that it should have been. This is not the greatest area of Los Angeles and I felt very safe in this hotel thanks to her and all the others.. she was accommodating and kind. She deserves special acknowledgment.. also Amelia and housekeeping was so lovely
