Extremely Dissapointing.

Cons: Hello, I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn LAX - El Segundo in Los Angeles with a booking made in advance through booking.com. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this stay and with your services. We paid extra for a package deal offered on your website which not only involved the room booking, but also added early check in, late check-out and a property credit of USD $25 for an ADDITIONAL booking fee. However, after checking with the hotel staff, they had not heard of this as a package booking offered from booking.com and therefore did not honour this package. We were not given the
