Excellent location, highly recommended
Pros: The rooms, the breakfast big buffet with lots of variety , the staff were very helpful, the parking the give away beach bag Cons: The entrance of the parking was very tight but the staff were very helpful in offering to enter from a wider side,
GOOD SERVICE, AND GOOD POOL

Pros: Pool area and view. Very comfortable bed. Cons: Too far from centre of como, Struggle to get taxi later in evening from centre of como. Quality of food poor in la terraza, did not match the lovely ambience of the venue. Hotel Deposit taken when I checked in takes too long (5 days) to be repaid back into my card, was told by Isa on reception this was compulsory. This is not acceptable and should be optional.
The view from the top makes the trip, hotel standards are bang average!
Pros: The location is fantastic the views are worth staying for Cons: I didn’t like 70% of the staff, I didn’t like the fact if you ask them to do something it doesn’t get done, they don’t bring you your change and they are not as helpful as they should be in a five star hotel! Joanna, marco and manuel absolutely fantastic the rest are hit and miss. Also the food on the terrace is shocking, we had nachos! Stone cold and not enough cheese and fillings! Can’t believe a chef at the Hilton sent those out!
A nice and modern Hotel but sometimes a little bit busy
Pros: Nice and modern hotel with a very good breakfast the service was very good and stuff doing there best to resolve the issues. Cons: It is a little bit far from the main city and places to eat the hotel was very busy and not always very clean. The Gluten free options for lunch and dinner are very limited
