Very dirty

Pros: Easy check in Cons: The shower was dirty and full of hair. Carpet dirty. Bed looked like someone laid on it. View was of the roof

Cons: The housekeeping service was awful, in our last day she didn’t cleaned our room, and we arrived late night so we had to ask for new towels. I had to call two times to the front desk asking about it. In the end I had to get by myself in the reception. It took more than an hour to someone knock on my door with the towels that I had already get. So, beside the lazy service I was bothered with the late service.

Roger

We had a very opportunity to have breakfast on two days. Roger was are waiter and we had up to 15 family members being served. He took our order which came out flawless. The service was superb very personable. Very courteous. They made our adventure very very enjoyable. I needed to point this out because you have a employee that should be commended.

I had a little confusion during check-in and needed to call my husband to clarify the situation. When he spoke with Brice, she went above and beyond to help accommodate us and sincerely apologize for the confusion. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help truly made a difference. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and wanted to take a moment to recognize her. Thank you, Brice, for making an otherwise stressful situation so much better!

Excellent Service

Lance helped get me checked in and to my preferred room even with a full hotel and having made a very late reservation. Appreciate that service and it is what has me coming back each month. Between Lance and some of the best baristas around - I have no reason to book anywhere else in OC.
