Pros: Clean and close to my event Cons: I got locked out of my room and I had to walk up 17 floors because the elevators were broken

Amazing staff and Great Property

I had such an amazing experience! The property was clean and modern. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and welcoming. Armando at the hotel restaurant was an amazing host and server. I would highly recommend visiting him and this property!

It sucked.

Pros: This place sucks. I have been a Hilton Honors member for decades, and I arrived a little early, like about 2, and they said the "internet was out" and I couldn't check in till 4 p.m. That is bullshit. There were plenty of rooms and they made NO effort to assist me.. I may get rid of my Hilton Honors, or at least not use it anymore, and make sure to tell others of my experience. Cons: The whole thing.
