Pros: Great location, very clean hotel, great buffet breakfast. Cons: We didn’t get to check in till after 4pm, made it difficult when travelling with a baby

Cons: They charged us twice for the room and we are still waiting for our money absolutely disgusting

Please refund the $120.00 owing to us.

Pros: We appreciated the 2 free drinks in the Marble Bar downstairs. The bed was very comfortable and executive lounge was nice. Cons: We were disappointed that there was no champagne, chocolates or strawberries in the room when we arrived, as we were celebrating a very special occasion - our "50th Golden Wedding Anniversary". We have not been reimbursed with our credit card incidentals of $120.00, as we didn't buy anything from the Mini Bar or the Glass Restaurant.
