Relatively handy to Narita Airport for an early flight but shuttle service is not frequent enough and room service abysm
Pros: Gorgeous Halloween display in the foyer. Pleasant staff. Treed peaceful area with birds. Very comfortable bed. Cons: The Hilton Airport shuttle bus does not service the domestic terminal. We caught a free airport shuttle to terminal two and joined a queue at the designated bus stop. A bus arrived but it was specific to a different hotel (several use each bus stop). We then looked at the timetable and saw that after 20:00 the Hilton picks up hourly rather than half hourly, as opposed to other hotels running an on going half hour service. Rather than waiting 45 minutes for the next shuttle

Convenient. Location. Comfortable.
Pros: airport shuttle was great. room was nice and spacious enough for 1 night. close to airport was the best thing. Reasonable cost when consider shuttle ad proximity to airport. Bar/lounge staff very good. Food was excellent. Inhouse discount meant the meals were very reasonable. Cons: no issues
