Fix the elevators!
Cons: The elevator was unusable. Some TV channels were well below an acceptable quality in 2026. (especially to watch the World Cup)

We’ll be back!
We recently stayed for the weekend at the Hilton Toronto Downtown while my wife was in the city for hip replacement surgery, and we couldn’t have been more impressed with our experience. From the moment we arrived on Friday evening, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Carlos Sanchez at the front desk for his warm, professional check-in. Knowing why we were visiting, the team went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, even treating us to a complimentary breakfast at the Bistro Restaurant, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.
