Pros: Location was brillent.. pools were great Cons: Booking a sun lounger.. got bit every night in room either from bed bugs or mosquitos

Fantastic hotel location great in the middle of the resort on the beach very clean complex staff are outstanding it's so nice we are going back on the 31st August for another week

Pros: Ottima struttura a due passi dal mare e dal centro pieno di negozi e ristoranti. Il Sunset Harbur è molto gradevole con due belle piscine, ristoranti e supermarket a prezzi molto contenuti. Tutto lo staff è sempre stato molto disponibile e cordiale. L’appartamento è nuovo e molto grande con terrazzo dove è possibile anche mangiare fuori! Di fronte alla struttura c’è una bella spiaggia fornita di lettini a prezzi contenuti. Posizione della struttura eccellente in quanto ubicata lungo la passeggiata a metà strada circa tra playa del Duca e Las Americas. Da ritornare! Cons: Nulla

Had a fantastic time here but the subbed situation is ridiculous,queuing for sun beads is crazy The hotel pool bar was amazing and food spectacular All round great stay

Great holiday once again

Reception staff were excellent & helpful as was Johanna who worked tirelessly at the pool trying to please everyone with a sunbed. This resort is in a great location. Food on site is very good & the wee shop well stocked, nice snacks too.
