Location and facilities are 10
Pros: Everything in general very good. The house is a 10, the pool, the facilities, the cleanliness, etc... Cons: The power often went out when several things were on. Cats from outside the house would come in.

Pros: Very good stay with well-oriented garden with pool. Comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen. Smooth communication with rental company. Cons: Description of the facilities does not mention what type of coffee machine is available. There is a moka express (Italian brewing system) present. At least a thermos and filter holder for pouring coffee would be welcome. A coffee machine even better.
