Pros: I think it’s a good place for people who are looking for a typical relaxing, poolside holiday. There is a small pool on the rooftop and a larger one downstairs, and there was always a sun lounger available. I had no major issues communicating with the staff in English. The hotel is also very close to the sea. On the day of departure, you can use the luggage room, as well as the shower and towels if you want to spend some more time by the pool before leaving.
