Quiet location, the host is very friendly and helpful!
Pros: Good location/large garden/parking on the driveway/very clean spacious house/presence of a washing machine Cons: Hard mattresses/more kitchen utensils/wasps in the garden and at the barbecue but also at the pool/table chairs without seat cushions.
Lovely holiday home near Valencia
Pros: Large clean property with spacious terrace and lovely communal pool. Metro 5 minute walk away. Great communication from Manuel and Elisa. Cons: Nothing really - tiny points are hotter water in the main bathroom shower would be good and a tin opener in the kitchen would help.
Pleasant stay, magnificent pool
Pros: Very pleasant house, the garden area is very well equipped, table, chairs, garden furniture, sun loungers, and BBQ. The pool area is superb, even more beautiful than in the photos, it is shared by the six houses, but we were often alone using it. Manuel is very friendly and responsive. We really appreciated the drinks in the fridge, coffee capsules and herbal teas, very practical also, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. Cons: What we missed was a kettle, meat knives, and a paring knife. The development is located away from the city, so not much going on. The metro passes by and al

If possible, we will definitely visit again
The place was quiet, the owner was friendly. Convenient location, not far from the metro station. We rented a car, parking space is available on the premises. We were left a compliment (beer and cola). The house has absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. Nearby there is a Lidl and Consum.
