Love it the pool and the place overall is nice and affordable

Pros: Staff Cons: The staff are lovely but the room was very dirty. I had to request another clean because bedsheets were dirty on arrival, hadn't been changed. After this the room stank, I think its because the carpet was very dirty bit I am not sure

The staff was friendly, my inability to get my deposit back put a bad taste in our mouths.

Pros: The bathroom was modern and the amenities were good Cons: The room was a throw-back to the 70's in terms of decor. Lighting was poor, and none of the electrical outlets were working properly. Everythig that we plugged in fell out of the sockets. The phone and the coffee maker were found plugged causing us to crawl around to find out why they were inoperable. Finally, I have been calling this hotel after my Overnight honeymoon stay in order to get my $150 gratuity fee a promised and I have gotten arun around since then.

Cons: It was said there is a deposit 150$ for stay and it should be refunded to my bank card. I asked staff, but they didn’t give my money back. It was the worst experience in New York. I texted them, they said it was transferred to my card, however I couldn’t find any transaction history in my bank card. I didn’t expect this happened in the USA. As an active traveler, I have never faced with such a problem. I texted them asking refund reference numbers, still no response What is that a scam???????
