Downgraded from king to full; rude staff, old rooms
Pros: The view from our room was nice. Cons: We booked a king bed and when we arrived the bed was only full size. The front desk said it was an accessible room so it wasn't big enough for a king size bed. But we booked a listing with a king bed. They said they were sold out so couldn't move us and wouldn't give us any concession to make it right. What was most frustrating was they wouldn't admit a mistake or apologize or change the listing. If they had been apologetic it would have been understandable. But it's false advertising to say it'll be a king bed and not give a king bed and say it cou

Great location, a bit run down
Pros: Let us check in a bit early, great location Cons: The sheets were dirty and there was hair in the shower, overall the cleanliness wasn’t great - a lot of the hotel looked dingy and kind of run down

Pros: Great location Cons: We were supposed to have a king size bed n we paid for a king size. The bed ended up being a queen size. I was hoping to get a refund for the bed not being a king size n only being a queen. I would just want something to make the difference.
