Cons: When trying to order room service I was screwed around and had to call 3 times to two people who told me it would be a 40 min wait. Also, the door security was poor. Not a great service at all.

Pros: Lovely clean, quiet and spacious hotel accommodation in the city of Derby. Me and some others were there for an event in the area, would stay here again. All staff were very polite, friendly and were ready to be of service if me or my group needed anything. Cons: The property was undergoing construction in the ground floor lobby, so was a bit confusing finding reception. Beds could be comfier.

Wonderful weekend in Derby

Pros: Amazing breakfast and beautiful view from Restaurant Cons: Hard to find entrance when first arrived Smell of paint strong but got better over the weekend
