It was an alright place except for upper floor too much running around after midnight

Pros: It’s close to west Edmonton mall Cons: Tight parking sometimes no parking available

Keep up the good service you provided!

Pros: I specially like how the staff were very accomodate and helpful. The nice ambience of the room. Me and my family really enjoyed our two nights stay in your hotel. Cons: Parking area. Its difficult to find a parking area when we arrived so late at night.

Good for a short time not a long time.

Pros: Decently located to amenities. Cons: Hot tub jets were weak to non existent. Cost was high.

Great stay, highly reccomend!

Pros: Friendly and accommodating staff! Rooms were clean and comfortable. We were a little disappointed the pools were closed due to unforseen circumstances. However, the front desk did give my kids goodie bags which was a very nice gesture! Cons: Not being able to use the pool/hot tub.
