If I will be again in frankfurt, I will come back.
It was very easy and nice to go to the city, and to the terminal. The driver was super nice.

Pros: Grundsätzlich bis auf ein paar kleine Hickups bin ich sehr happy. Es ist super schnell und einfach vom Flughafen und HBF Frankfurt zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Zimmer sind immer sauber. Cons: Als Businessreisender, ist es mühsam den richtigen Rechnungsbeleg, vor allem digital zu erhalten. Es wäre super, wenn man es intuitiv über die App steuern könnte. Ich bin in letzter Zeit häufig dort und lediglich je nachdem, wer am Empfang ist, bekomme ich die Rechnung neben einem Ausdruck auch digital. Offensichtlich ist der Prozess nicht einheitlich bekan

Good place to spend a night between flights, but needs more attention to selection of the staff
Pros: Rooms are clean, nice and modern. Cons: Currently (August of 2026) the location is essentially in the middle of construction site. Surroundings will probably look nice, when the constructions are finished, but not now. And there is no shuttle bus to Terminal 1, as the Terminal 2, which is much closer to the hotel, currently is closed for renovations. So there's no chance to use the airport's own transportation system. Clients need to either take a taxi or walk for almost half an hour by foot meandering among construction sites and dirty pathways.
