Fairly okay

Pros: Food was nice and the staff at the resturant were friendly and caring Cons: I arrived at 14h00 and I was told the rooms were still being cleaned. I was made to wait for 2 hours. Even the receptionist who had helped me did not come across as caring. When I went to complain I found that she had gone home. Another staff member helped allocate the room and she aplogised for keeping me waiting for such a long time. What I was upset about was the fact that I had specifically made a request to check-in early as I was thinking I would arrive around 13h00.

Great staff and Great location!

An excellent stay from start to finish! The accommodation was spacious, spotless and welcoming, with warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The location was ideal, close to the airport with shuttle services available, plenty of nearby restaurants to suit all tastes, and a shopping mall nearby for any last-minute shopping before heading to the next destination. I would definitely stay here again!
