This hotel was very clean and comfortable, would recommend to anyone visiting San Jose.
Pros: It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Cons: I was very happy with my stay.

Disappointed
Pros: I liked the area and the property itself was great. All of the staff had a terrible attitude and didn’t have the facilities taken care of or fixed things in a prompt timeframe when asked to Cons: Front desk was no help in regards to questions about my total stays price, such as why we are being up charged for parking when nothing was disclosed in the booking.com listing. Breakfast was not included, as per the filter on our booking.com preferences and instead if we wanted to eat, they only had a restaurant style available with an additional $25 a person a day. Everything is great recomend it we stay here from now on
