Pros: I liked the facility itself clean
Pros: I liked the facility itself clean. They had a restaurant at the hotel never saw it open. Cons: The staff didnt even smile, I had already prepaid my stay then when she saw she was like oh its paid for gave me a pass for my car and cards. I paid for breakfast I wasnt Informes the time or location of it. As well my room was fine but the staff member disnt told me that I can use a different elevator to get to my room.that was locates right in front. I had bags and my 2 year old. I dont like wondering halls.
Nice, reasonably priced hotel in an expensive area
Pros: Nice staff; very nice, good-sized remodeled room and bathroom; reasonably quiet on the quiet side of the hotel (minimal airport and freeway noise—the other side is very noisy, mostly from the freeway). Didn't use the shower but it looked very nice—clean and spacious. This seems to be the best of several lower-priced hotels in this immediate area that I’ve stayed in. Cons: $10 parking fee in an outdoor, unsecured lot; no free breakfast, though that always seems to be the case with Holiday Inns (vs. Holiday Inn Expresses). Our sliding window didn't close fully but had small metal attachmen
After a long day of travel, everything about this hotel was disappointing.
Pros: Location Cons: Beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom smelled of unpleasant chemicals. Hallways felt like a sauna. Staff took 10 minutes to come up front to check us in and failed to inform us about multiple elevators and entrances into the building. Walked very far carrying heavy luggage loads to discover we could have gone through a MUCH closer entrance. Pool towels are thin and the size of a hand towel. Expensive breakfast.
nice and clean,
Pros: right off the freeway, easy to find. Cons: none
