I will not book this hotel chain again.

Pros: Good hotel with a generous breakfast starting from 06:00. Free shuttle service to the airport. Overall a comfortable hotel. Cons: The hotel room was booked at a different price through a third-party provider. After booking, a different price suddenly appeared. 20% more than the booking price! Without explanation and without breakdown of the additional costs. No information at the counter and no response when asked. Very poor service!

Excellent stay near the airport

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to/from the airport.

Convenient for those who need to leave early the next day

Pros: Cleanliness of the structure. Abundant breakfast. Strategic location in relation to the airport Cons: We had requested a room with a double bed but our request was not met

Great location for the last day in KL before traveling

Pros: The location is very close to the airport and they offer a free shuttle service on a daily basis and at specific times. You need to book in advance. It is also close to the cove water park and the outlet mall, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel. The staff were mostly nice and the facilities were also good. We booked a family room with one king bed and two bunk beds. The wifi was fast. Cons: The receptionist was a bit stern but he did his job perfectly. The AC in the room was not very cold, definitely not as cold as it should be, but it was okay for us. However
