Pros: Easy check-in, friendly staff. Cons: Had trouble finding our room which was in a separate building. Decor was a little shabby in spots and public areas were not particularly clean. Sit-down breakfast was basic, and not included in the price.

Avoid - Substandard hotel in many ways

While this is close to SFO, it's down a long road past many, many other hotels. Got in and found that there was no soap in the bottle dispenser. Called and requested housekeeping refill it. After 20 minutes or so no one came so went down for dinner. The "bistro" had a DJ complete with stand and flashing lights and deafening music. Not what you want after a long day of travel and not great for a peaceful meal - it's not a nightclub. Discovered that the toilet paper rolls weren't large enough to fit securely in the arms of the toilet paper holder so they would fall off completely if you tr
