Great Location even with the construction happening

Pros: Hotel is well located, very well renovated and extremely clean. Rooms have a reasonable size and most rooms seem to face the back street which is quieter than the front one (where the lightrail constructions is happening in Toronto). Air conditioning works great, bed is comfy enough and pillow are good. Great blackout curtains and good size bathroom. Shower is tile and great water flow and Dove set of shampoo, conditioner and soap are great. Close to college train station and a few restaurants; really close to a market and a starbucks. Despite some inconveniences, my stay went well.

Pros: The hotel is very well located Cons: There were major works on the street of the hotel. The street was therefore blocked to traffic. In addition, the works started early and finished late, which disturbed the quality of sleep of my friend who shared the room with me.

It's all appearance

Pros: The location Cons: A lower price for all the deficits present. Breakfast with cold cuts and cheeses. Cleaning in the rooms (under the bed there was a tampon and an eye pencil). Larger rooms. Slow elevators. There were three of us but the room was made for 2. The rear entrance does not have an elevator, and for those with luggage or disabilities, it is serious. Terrible for the stars it has.

Excellent Quality - Price Ratio!

The staff is very kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very abundant. The room was very clean and tidy.
