Overpriced and black mould in room

Really disappointed in the incredibly poor value for money I got at this hotel, it is severely overpriced. When we went to check in (with a 3 month old baby) the woman at reception was more interested in talking with a colleague for 8 minutes before allowing us to finally check in. We got to the room and there was only one pillow each - have seen a few reviews on here complaining about this. Management - why do you do this and not give people two pillows each or include spare pillows in the cupboard? We called reception and were told we could have more pillows but that we had to come and co

Great location and property, room was OK for price, value is mediocre.

Pros: Our room was very clean and tidy. Bed was plenty comfortable and there was plenty closet space for clothes. Restaurant was decent and affordable, pool was nice and not too busy in the evening. Cons: Our shower had a leak which left the bathroom floor soaked every time after taking a shower. During a 6 night stay we only got housekeeping once. No mini fridge in the standard room. And a very minor detail but the mentioned ‘chocolates for guests’ were not present.

Pros: Location and rooms with 2 double beds available Cons: Cash not accepted to pay for room, one 1 pillow per person in room, when tried calling for another no answer, not even shower cap available when asked for. Breakfast quality was not good
