Pros: The situation was great. A quiet area and very close and easily accessible. Very well connected. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast doesn't have much variety but everything is delicious. 100% recommended. Cons: I have nothing to say. Our stay has been a 10.

Pros: Lovely & quiet but it was school holidays Cons: Needing to go up 17 stairs for someone with mobility issues. Also for 2 months I got What's App messages saying I had no booking. Contact via Booking.com also said they had no record of my booking. As it was fully paid 11 months before when offered a deal this was distressing. It wasn't until I arrived at reception & they accepted me and volunteered fully paid could I finally relax. Was this a result of data breach? Found it obscure trying to raise matter with Booking.com, as messages just go to property. You need a better contact arrangeme

Pros: Very well located in relation to the cathedral, which was the main reason for our visit. Cons: An adjoining parking lot to the hotel was the main requirement in our choice of hotel when in reality there is no parking and during our booking the establishment indicated that there was one... not easy for a 79-year-old person with mobility problems! Also, no air conditioning...!
