Basic but just ok for the money

Pros: Location was good Cons: I was disagreeing with the tired look of the rooms and hallways. The stairs were steep and narrow. I was mostly disappointed as the bar and restaurant was closed and this was the reason I booked the property. Felt more hostel like . A shame really.

Pros: The property was being done up, but it didn’t detract from it being a very clean, spacious and comfortable Accomodation. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. We booked last minute and had a couple of beers in a local pub that was recommended. The bed is extremely comfortable and the view was stunning across Swansea Bay. I would definitely recommend. Cons: Nothing. But I might suggest you walk a little further to the more decent pubs.
