Pros: The room was very clean and cozy Cons: Check-in is from 15:00. We arrived at the hotel at 12:00 and had to wait until 16:15 for the room to be ready. They should consider that people coming from a long car trip need to enter the room as soon as possible to leave their luggage and freshen up. In other hotels, check-in is at 13:00

For two days, I complained because they did not clean the room, and they also threw away some olives I bought in another town. I complained, and they said they would refund me the amount of 19.90, which is what they cost. I showed them the receipt, and later they came back and said they did not throw them away, that they were in their towel cart. I complained again at the reception, and they said they had already apologized and returned the olives to me. I told them that once they
