Pros: Gyors be és kijelentkezés, a több vendég ellenére. Segítőkész recepciósok. ( két fiú volt szolgálatban) Cons: Már kijelentkezés után mikor visszamentem a csomagomért, egy fiatal nő volt szolgálatban. A bőröndöm elé valaki más nehéz bőröndje volt rakva, ezt fel kellett emelnem, és odébb tennem, hogy hozzáférjek a saját csomagomhoz. Pedig nem volt akkor forgalom a recepción. A hölgy utána nem zárta be a csomagmegőrzőt. A hölgy nem volt sem segítőkész sem udvarias

Pros: This is my second stay. From what I learnt last time, I brought my ear plugs and my own amenities and all was good. This is a well located hotel, very close to Volkstheater station (walkable with luggage) and offers a good price. Cons: Make sure you bring ear plugs. You can hear noises when your neighbours take shower/using hair dryer and this can be disruptive when neighbours take shower from 6AM

Pros: Die Lage ist super - direkt beim Museumsquartier und fußläufig von allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Die Neubaugasse in der Nähe fanden wir klasse zum bummeln und/oder fortgehen. Das Frühstück war völlig ausreichend. Cons: Das Hotel ist ein wenig abgewohnt, insbesondere der alte Teppichboden ist nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß. Grundsätzlich völlig ok (man ist ja eh mehr draußen in der Stadt unterwegs), aber für uns passten Preis/Leistung nicht so ganz.
Pros: The hotel was centrally located in the Museum Quarter and was in easy walking distance of some Vienna main attractions. These included the Hofburg, State Opera House, the Spanish Riding School to name a few. Being in the Museum Quarter several museums where literally minutes away. My room was larger than what you expect in central Vienna and it even had a bath. My room and the hotel was clean and in a quite area. The staff were very polite and helpful. Cons: There wasn't a kettle in my room and although I had a smart TV in my room. I was unable to access or cast any platform to it su
