Everything was good, comfortable and enjoyable
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was good for getting around and we found several restaurants we really liked close to the Hotel Cons: Everything was good- except the cost of breakfast. Way out of line

Pros: Sufficient and special breakfast, quality products. The room was quite large, cleanliness in the room and bathroom. Quality body care products. Cons: Requesting a guarantee upon arrival without this being specified at the time of booking. Upon arrival, arriving an hour early, we were not accommodated earlier without an explanation.
I would like to stay again
Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The access to the station was excellent. Cons: The coffee maker seemed a bit old or broken
Pros: It was convenient to be in an easy-to-understand location and within walking distance to the tram and U4 stations, making it convenient for transportation

Also, the room was spacious and comfortable to stay in. Cons: I think it would have been better to stay a little closer to the city center. I felt it would be convenient to have one more chair in the room.
