Pros: Absolutely everything about our stay at this hotel was phenomenal
Pros: Absolutely everything about our stay at this hotel was phenomenal. Our room, the pool, the service, the staff, oh the location. And we were travelling with 2 toddlers, so it can be difficult. But we already know when we come back to Sorrento, this is the only place we will stay. Cons: Nothing.

Cons: Showing signs of age and wear, musty smell from the air conditioning, had a room with a basement window right next to the breakfast room, making it somewhat noisy. Must mention positively that a room change was offered upon request, but the alternative room was even smaller and had the same musty smell, so we did not switch.
Perfect location and great breakfast
The hotel was everything we could have asked for. The front desk and staff at breakfast were wonderful. We liked how central the hotel was to the rest of town and the rooms were very clean.
The hotel is very good and one of the very good options to return to.
Pros: The location is perfect. Cons: On the second day of the stay, they arranged the room as if they changed the sheets, but the sheet was not changed, it was dirty from the night. There are insects around, need to spray.
Overall, it's a great hotel.
Pros: Large and very beautiful room. Cons: Air conditioning was barely sufficient to cope with the heat in Italy. Pillows were too high and there were no thinner ones available.
