Pulizia, vicinanza alla fermata della metro, vicinanza di boulangerie, supermercato e caffè, gentilezza e professionalità dello staff, arredi moderni e ben tenuti.

Perfecta

Pros: Las instalaciones del hotel son muy bonitas y el cuarto estaba impecable, la cama cómoda, pero lo que más me gustó fue la atención del personal. Todas las personas en recepción fueron muy amables. Me orientaron para llegar a los lugares que quería visitar y me ayudaron con un problema con mi celular. Cons: Nada

Gli hotel a Parigi non si smentiscono mai!

Pros: Il personale è stato gentile, ci hanno cambiato la camera che ci avevano assegnato al piano terra e si sono scusati per la camera non fatta Cons: La camera era piccolissima e il bagno un loculo in cui si faceva fatica anche a lavarsi i denti. Al check-in non ci hanno detto che dovevamo mettere il cartello per far rifare i letti e pulire il bagno, quindi ci siamo ritrovati la sera con il letto sfatto e senza neanche la carta igienica, si nascondono dietro l’etichetta “green” per risparmiare sul personale che dovrebbero pagare per pulire le camere. Se devo spendere 180 € a notte e rifarmi

Second stay at this hotel and would happily stay again, despite having a much smaller room this time.

Pros: Cosy little boutique hotel, in a lovely location close to many bars and restaurants, and with wonderful boulangeries at either end of the street (plus a supermarket close by too). Free coffee machine at reception (no tea bags or cold milk tho, so had to improvise). Staff very welcoming and helpful. It was nice to be welcomed by the same member of staff as during my first visit 2 years ago. Cons: Very small room with tiny shower room. Shower leaked onto the floor, but that wasn’t a major problem once a floor mat was placed in front to mop up the water.

Pros: Good location; lovely area. Very nice receptionists Cons: Nothing really, but bathroom very small for anyone tall
