Pros: Great location, kind and friendly staff, and a warm lobby with really good vibes. The breakfast was also very good. Overall, good value for money Cons: Unfortunately, there was no bathtub, safe, or gym. There was also a lot of noise from the train, which made it difficult to sleep. There was no air conditioning, and because of the noise, you couldn’t really leave the window open either.

Pros: Location was excellent. Lovely spread for breakfast each day . Cons: Being central it was extremely noisy at night. More so than previous stay in May. They did provide earplugs but I am unable to wear them.
Pros: The location near the Central Station was ideal for us. The train noise is not bad at all. The breakfast was good and having tea and coffee at reception was nice. Cons: The hotel is a historic building, but the beds were not comfortable and the towels were not fluffy. I expected better for the price
Great location & good choice for a short stay in an expensive Copenhagen!
Pros: It was great to be able to leave our luggage in secure storage (its free for hotel guests). The welcome drink whilst checking in was a lovely surprise. Our room was comfortable for a 2 night stay. Ear plugs are a must, which the hotel does provide. The breakfast was great & allergens clearly labelled. One of the best buffet breakfast's I've experienced since being gluten free! Cons: The shower soaks the bathroom floor so you have no choice but to walk around on a wet bathroom floor. It'd be ok if you were given more towels, but only provided with two & I wasn't using them to dry the floo
Pros: Convenient location right next to central station, bars, restaurants, and convenience stores. Cons: The bathroom smells moldy, water from the shower spilled to the bathroom floor, and towels are not super clean. You can also hear everything from the street when the room window is open.
