It was an okay place to stay, nothing special about it. I would only rate it 3 stars.
Pros: It was in a nice area near a park and the city centre. Cons: The drain in the washroom was clogged, no iron and ironing board in the room, and no air conditioning with only two standing fans the room, leaving it feeling quite warm and muggy.
