Location was great but overall value lacking.
Pros: Location was close to the metro, trevi fountain & spanish steps. Cons: For a 4 star hotel, our room didn’t seem well kept. Mirror was cracked, door handles were falling apart, shower didn’t look super clean.

Pros: An excellent stay! The best part was the staff, who were incredibly friendly throughout. Special mention goes to the breakfast team, who served us with a smile and super-friendly service every morning. Without a doubt, a place to return to." The location also was great. Cons: The mattress was quite uncomfortable; the filling has compressed so much that it has lost its fluffiness. there was a low spots or "dips" where weight concentrates. I give the room's cleanliness a 7 out of 10.
