I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. My stay was ruined by two major issues: bed bugs and terrible customer service. First, the room was infested with bed bugs. I woke up with bites and couldn’t sleep the rest of the night. A hotel that cannot provide a clean, safe place to sleep has failed at the most basic level of hospitality. Second, the way staff handled the situation made everything worse. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, the front desk was dismissive and unhelpful. There was no urgency, no sense of responsibility, and no attempt to make things right. If you val
