Bad experience.

Pros: Overall it was a bad experience. Cons: Our experience was quite disappointing. Upon check-in, the room was delivered without towels, so we had to request them. Additionally, there was a strong musty smell from the very beginning. The bathroom leaves much to be desired: instead of a tempered glass partition, it has a simple curtain, causing water to leak and wet the entire floor. To make matters worse, there were no floor towels available. The linens conveyed an obvious sense of dirtiness, and we found hairs in different parts of the room, raising doubts about hygiene standards. The TV re

Pros: On the last day before leaving, we were very well attended by a guy who was very friendly (not a receptionist), and not one of the two receptionists we had already seen. Cons: When we arrived in the room, the sheets were not on the bed, so we had to go to reception to request them and they gave us a duvet cover that did not match the bed size. We slept on the mattress without sheets. We also had to request towels. The service was unprofessional and did not solve much.

Cons: The room was dirty, the pillows were also dirty and stained, as well as the bath towels. It had a musty smell. Breakfast took too long, was very minimal, and the food tasted unpleasant. They served breakfast to other guests who arrived after us first. We paid for 3 nights but only stayed one night and left, as we were not satisfied. The construction works are very disruptive, and there are many homeless people nearby, which gives a sense of insecurity. I do not recommend it.
