Top wohlfühl Hotel mit super Personal
Pros: Das Personal war unfassbar nett, zuvorkommend, freundlich und Hilfbereit. So nette Menschen habe ich in noch keinem Hotel erlebt. Cons: Am Hotel war alles super. Nur als Tipp: vlt wäre ein kleiner Kühlschrank super. Aber ich hab es überlebt und beeinflusste mein Aufenthalt nicht negativ
Fast perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros: Das Hotel war wirklich sehr schön. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Eiffelturm bekommen. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber die Ausstattung war super und es war sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir konnten sowohl am Ankunftstag und am Abreisetag unsere Sachen dort aufbewahren lassen. Die Lage war richtig gut für die Erkundung von Paris. Cons: Uns wurde leider erst am letzten Tag gesagt, dass das Frühstück nicht inklusive sei und wir es bezahlen müssten. Und bei 20€ pro Person pro Tag hätten wir wahrscheinlich die Tage eher irgendwo in einem Café gefrühstückt.

Pros: The staff was accommodating, informative and friendly. I asked for a room change and it was handled professionally and without no hesitation. Receptionist gave us recommendations for where to dine and even called one of the restaurants for us to see if there a table available at that time. Cons: Nothing negative to say about our stay. Very accommodating and professional
