I really liked Delft, but not the comfort level of the hotel
Pros: The hotel's location is exceptional, in front of a canal in the historic district. The lounge decoration is nice. Cons: Room on the 3rd floor with access only by a very steep staircase and narrow steps. Not recommended for seniors. Beds extremely soft and uncomfortable. The breakfast is average.
Just around the corner a good and very friendly fish restaurant (Just Fish). Hotel very good.
Pros: We had a suite with a view of the canal. Beautiful. Breakfast was good. Very central location, good value for money. I can only recommend the hotel with this room (I cannot judge other rooms). Cons: Everything was okay. (Daughters said that the stairs are too steep, not easy with heavy bike bags. But that's just Holland.)

Lovely hotel right in the center yet 8 minutes from the station.
Pros: Lovely big air-conditioned room with seating area inside and outside. Free bike storage and plugs 5 minutes walk away. Hotel right by the canal and 5 mins from the Markt. We arrived early and could leave our bags at reception. Cons: Nothing.
Pros: Location Bed linen clean and okay Cons: No elevator and stairs are Dangerous unless young and fit. Not made clear on booking site. Staff indifferent, no help with bags up 3 floors of extremely sharply angled steps. Breakfast less than average. Room worn, nowhere to hang clothes. Bathroom shower didn't work. Overall hugely overrated on booking site
