Hotel Burbank

Definitely REGRET staying here. Book elsewhere is my advice!

Pros: Location was convenient for what we needed. Cons: We checked in late, around 9pm, and were not told that there was construction work beginning at 7am the next morning in the room above us. 4 phone calls with front desk (and given 2 separate explanations as to what the banging was) who were most disinterested. The supposed “director of operations” was smug, could only offer a breakfast (at 11.30am) after we had vacated the room & checked-out. I specifically booked this hotel for a QUIET sleep as we had a 24 long haul flight the next day. Not a quiet hotel. Very busy and felt like a hostel

Buena zona y súper cómodo

Pros: La zona y que tenía restaurante dentro del mismo hotel con horarios muy flexibles Cons: No limpiaron ni una sola vez la habitación
