An idyllic location in nature that we must safeguard
Pros: The friendly treatment towards our pet and the possibility of leaving it in the room. The cleaning and restaurant service always friendly and attentive. Cons: Upon our arrival, the receptionist had no information about the activities organized by the hotel, and upon our departure, she made a serious mistake and tried to charge us twice for the room with inappropriate treatment. There is a lack of proper training for the reception staff.

I will not return.
Pros: Comfortable beds. The bathroom had good towels, without any extra amenities. Not even tissues. The rooms are old for a four-star hotel. It's the second time, and I will not return. Despite a very beautiful setting. Cons: The reception. Average. And not even a complimentary item in the room, only the coffee maker without teas. The rooms are old.
