Pros: The staff was very helpful and the location was accessible to shops and sights. Cons: At first, I was not sure how the cleaning schedule worked

My family of four had a wonderful stay. The staff were helpful. Our room was bigger than I anticipated and had all the amenities we needed. The location is fantastic and was a great choice for our first experience in Japan. Would recommend and stay again.

Pros: Very nice views of the city and walking distance to train stations and also a lot of restaurants and shops near the area. Very close to everything. Cons: The bed and pillows were a bit hard and couldn’t sleep well because of that.

Excellent location with an incredible view, I would very happily recommend it to friends.

Pros: The view from the room was absolutely excellent, with a large desk that gave a great spot to sit and watch the world along with a good amount of space to store things. The bathroom was clean and well maintained, and the bed was comfortable. Cons: The hallway floor was a suspended surface which meant it was very easy to accidentally stomp when walking along the corridor, which I occasionally heard. As there are only two lifts, occasionally there was a bit of a wait to go to or from my room depending on timing.
