Difficult to access and not worth the money

Pros: The hotel is located in the historic centre with easy walking distance to the museums. The later check out time of 12:30 was good. Cons: The surrounding buildings are being used by the President so armed police cordon off all of the surrounding streets meaning that you can’t get near the hotel. This is particularly an issue when arriving from or departing to the airport with heavy luggage as you have to walk with it (and the altitude will get you) to/from the taxi. It’s also an issue at night when all advice says not to walk around this neighborhood as it’s not safe and therefore to take

Pros: The location Cons: The building and location are not utilized enough. For such a historical building in historical area, it should be reinnovated and it will be piece of art.
