All good, perfect for staying multile days and be the base of city sightseeing.
Pros: Well-off area of Rome. Multiple direct buses from and to Termini or city center (they stop on parallel streets). Quiet room. Nice breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. Room was enough for 3, one double bed plus one single. Fridge (+minibar) , complementary water. Air conditioning. Overall cleanness. Big terrace outside. Cons: Some garbage left in the bin.

Always a great stay in Parioli, top!
Pros: Sara at Hotel Degli Arancini’s kind and courteous and always responds quickly to our inquiries. Reception staff are professional and kind. Nice varied breakfast and breakfast room. Great location near restaurants and shopping and Mayer Dei hospital. Cons: Shared with management slight issue

Cannot eat a panini outside your room even if sick.
Pros: Location to Mater Dei hospital. Sara at reception is very kind and responded quickly and courteously to our question about the tourist tax exemption for medical stays. The other reception staff always smile and are professional as well. Cons: After a long travel day I needed to eat to take my medicine and had picked up a panini. When I sat at the bar which was closed for several more hours to eat my panini, a shorter young lady was adamant I must leave and said it was best to eat in the room. I almost passed out then, but my husband took me out to the garden table where there was no one
