Hotel Deutsches Theater Downtown

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our stay!

There’s no photos of rooms for a reason. The room was large, cold, and outdated. The carpet smelled moldy and the room looked like it was from an abandoned building. The photos on the site are of the theatre next door—essentially false advertising. The staff didn’t help with anything, except for the night staff who helped the most with WiFi and things like that. Everyone else was indifferent or rude. Taking personal calls while keeping me waiting or suggesting I “google” the area instead of providing suggestions for where to get clothes cleaned. The room was not ready, however, overall cleanliness was average

No complaints. One room for 4 people. It was clean and tidy and suited us perfectly for Oktoberfest. Not somewhere I would stay with family, but suited for this weekend. The showerhead was broken so wouldn't stay in one place. Only one of the 3 lights in the room worked.
