Ensure that you tell taxis that the hotel is IN zona franco. There was great confusion everyone we took can back to the
Pros: To get to the hotel, you must pass a security checkpoint- actually to enter and exit always ( even as a pedestrian). The hotel itself is meticulous which is a 10 to the porters and housekeeping ( cleaning staff). The room and bathroom were spaced apart to get privacy. Cons: Sadly I felt discriminated upon checking and walking through while I was there.
