Pros: The hotel is old and the rooms small, but it is clean. Housekeeping is excellent. Staff are friendly. Easy access to the RER B. Great for short stay. Cons: The hotel is old and the rooms are basic.

One of the best value Paris hotels in a great location and with comfortable rooms
Pros: The location is fantastic, right at Denfert-Rocherau, near supermarkets and Rue Daguerre. The staff were always very friendly and helpful, the room had a great view over the square and Tour Eiffel and was comfortable and large by Paris standards. The AC was welcome on the warm days. Cons: (1) The Wifi did not work for 98% of the time in our room on the 4th floor, occasionally going very slowly but mostly fully non-functional. (2) The system with the keys is weird -- they almost force you to give the keys in to the reception staff each time you leave, but then when you come back, you just
