Great area and super clean hotel with very nice staff all around.

Pros: Very centrally located, super nice staff. Great view from the balcony. Cons: A bit cramped everything.

Pros: It is nice but they were supposed to have Spanish-speaking staff and they did not, they also charged for things that were supposed to be included in the price. Cons: They charged extra for room

Pros: It is nice but they were supposed to have Spanish-speaking staff and they did not, they also charged for things that were supposed to be included in the price. Cons: They charged extra for room cleaning that was supposed to be included but also did not notify that they could make that charge, the pool was supposed to be free and they charged for hourly use, in total more than 400 euros in 4 days, the staff that was supposed to speak Spanish was non-existent, the support was non-existent and very unhelpful. The staff was terrible, I do not recommend it.

An exceptional stay in Paris – perfect location, wonderful staff, excellent service, and highly recommended!

Pros: Everything about our stay was excellent. The location is perfect, the hotel is extremely clean, and the staff were very friendly, professional, and welcoming. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The service and attention to detail were outstanding. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences we have had in Paris. Cons: Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.
