Pros: L'emplacement pas loin du métro Opéra pour la ligne 7. Proximité des grands magasins et beaucoup de bons restaurants. Le Franprix au bout de la rue Godot de Mauroy. La machine à café Lavazza dans la chambre. Bonne climatisation. Télévision de bonne qualité. Cons: Le mitigeur de la douche capricieux avec température passant par moment au froid. Cartouche à changer probablement. Siège de toilette bruyant, papier toilette installé à l'arrière oblige à des contorsions. Pas de porte serviette côté lavabo. Les portes sont souvent claquées par les voisins. Problème récurrent en hôtellerie c'est
